Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Why this policy exists

We sell source code. Once it's delivered, you have everything needed to run it independently of us — so our refund policy reflects that, rather than treating this like a physical product or a subscription.

2. Before delivery

If you cancel after paying but before we've started work or delivered any code, you're entitled to a full refund, minus any payment-processor fees already incurred.

3. After delivery

Once the source code or platform access has been delivered to you, the package is non-refundable, except where required by law. This is because the software's full value — the source code itself — has already been transferred and can't meaningfully be "returned."

4. Custom development

For Custom Development work billed in milestones, unreleased milestones can be cancelled and refunded; work already delivered and approved is non-refundable.

5. Defects

If what we deliver doesn't match what was agreed in writing at purchase, contact us — we'll fix it. This is a bug-fix commitment, not an automatic refund right.

6. How to request a refund

Contact us via the Contact page with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days.

This page is a working draft prepared by the team, not a substitute for legal advice. It will be reviewed by qualified counsel before the company's registration is finalized, and updated to include the registered legal entity's name, number, and address at that point.
